The audio programs available from Sobercasting.org can be downloaded and heard two different ways:
By clicking on the links provided in an article story, your computer will download and play an MP3 file. As long as you have a program installed on your computer which will play MP3 files (for example Windows Media Player or iTunes on Windows, or iTunes on Macintosh) you should have no problem listening to our audio.
Subscribing to our Sobercasts is a great way to make sure you always have the latest audio content from Sobercasting.org. With your computer turned on and connected to the Internet, you can have the latest content automatically downloaded to your computer for listening at your convenience.

Download and install Apple iTunes here:
If you have iTunes 4.9 or greater installed, you can easily subscribe by clicking on one of the links on the right hand side of your screen (Sobercasts). Repeat the process to subscribe to any of our Sobercasts that you are interested in.
Click on the link and then click on one click button on the top right corner to subscribe:
